Store Policies:

Payment: We accept the following forms of payment:

• Wire/ACH

• Cash in-store

• Business check

Shipping: All saunas are shipped via LTL freight. Please ensure that someone is present at the time of delivery to sign for and accept the shipment.

Damages: It is important to note any damages at the time of delivery. The driver will provide a delivery receipt for you to sign, and you must make a note of any damages at that time. If you encounter any issues, please contact us for assistance.

Inside Delivery: Please note that we do not offer inside delivery. All shipments are set up for curbside delivery only.

Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation for paid orders, a 35% restocking fee will be applied.
