Shipping
All saunas are shipped via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight and require someone to be present to sign for the delivery.
It is essential to inspect the delivery for any visible damage before signing off with the driver. Failure to note damages at the time of delivery may disqualify you from receiving reimbursement from the trucking company.
