WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE/CANCELLATION POLICY?

  • All orders are final sale. 

  • There are no returns or exchanges.

  • 50% cancellation fee applies to orders that have been palletized but not shipped.

WHAT IF MY SAUNA ARRIVES DAMAGED?

  • All saunas ship palletized LTL freight and must be inspected for damage at the time of the delivery and require a signature.

  • Any damage should be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery with the trucking driver.

  • Please contact us with any issues.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

  • All Saunas Ship LTL freight and require a shipping quote to your destination. Contact us for the best rate. You are more than welcome to send your own carrier to pick up from our warehouse.
